The Finish Line Is In Sight for Our Wildwood Project

Since last August, Wagner Construction has been keeping you updated on an extensive project in Wildwood.

The job entails a concrete yard expansion for a large site, with 5 acres of concrete lay down and a 21,000-sqare-foot metal building roof structure, as well as new lighting and wi-fi throughout the yard. The wi-fi will allow workers to use the facility’s scanning system to search inventory and keep counts updated and accurate.

So far, we’ve completed:

As of our last update, we had begun erecting the 21,000-square-foot Butler Manufacturing Pre-Engineered Metal Building, as well as starting on a fire line. Now the project is nearing the finish line, and we have another update to share with you all.

We’re nearly complete with the PEMB, which will serve as a shed structure for the facility. From here, we’ll be installing the roof for the structure.

We’ve also completed the fire line. It measures about 1,100 linear feet, and provides an access point for the fire department for fire suppression should a fire break out.

Besides this, we’ve finished installing sod for pond slopes and finished grading. From here, we’ll also be installing fencing and a video surveillance system for security, and installing wi-fi throughout all 5 acres of the yard.

This project has been a major undertaking, and we’re so excited to see our hard work paying off as we reach the finish line. Large projects like this are our specialty, and we offer our services throughout Central and North Central Florida. Need a partner for your next big project? Contact us to learn more!
