Wagner Construction is a premier provider of construction services here in Central and North Central Florida, and we provide a wide range of services. One of our specialties are Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, or PEMBs for short. These structures are pre-fabricated and then delivered ready for assembly, reducing construction time and waste.
Back in March, we shared an update with you on a Butler Manufacturing PEMB we built for Regions Ten in Brooksville. This is a 24,000-square-foot building, and Regions Ten will be using half of that space for their own operations. This includes 4,500 square feet of office space and 7,5000 square feet of warehouse space. The remaining 12,000 square feet is separated by a two-hour fire wall and will be occupied by a future tenant.
Now, we’re back with another update for you on our progress as the project nears completion. Check out the pictures below to see how the project is shaping up.
Previously, we erected the metal building, laid block walls, and ran horizontal sheets at each end of the building for aesthetic appeal. We also installed the windows and doors, as well as the firewall that separates the two halves of the building.
Now, we’ve completed the paving, irrigation, landscaping, and sod of the exterior space. We’ve painted the exterior of the building, paved the parking lot, and prepared the 4,5000-square-foot offices. In the offices, we’ve installed LVP flooring and carpet tile, as well as painting the walls and installing ACT ceilings. The project is now in the process of final inspections for final project completion, and the Certificate of Occupancy will be in hand shortly.
